Notes:	The disc specs and the following notes are from Pieter Boven -There is no Menu on the DVD -From 0:07:18 to 0:07:20 there is a serious error on the dvd. Click here for screenshot. The sound bleeps and there is video distortion. This is not a digital error caused by a faulty disc but something in the master used for this dvd. There may be more errors but I did not watch this DVD completely.
