Unfortunately apparently the equipment which have been used to make the discs couldn’t put a certain FLAG to the discs. No idea if they realised this after the discs had been sent or if they just decided to ignore it and put out the discs anyways. This causes problems with atleast computer equipment (no idea if any standalone players are affected) which don’t know how to play this progressive disc with the FLAG missing.
