Blue Underground has just re-released some of the spaghetti western discs that Anchor Bay released long time ago. Amazon lists Keoma, Texas Adios and A Bullet For The General. Supposedly the content/transfer of the discs is exactly the same, but the price is much lower. The AB discs are probably all going to go out of print, which already seems to have happened to the Companeros and the box set Once Upon a Time In Italy (It’s still available from Xploitedcinema or from the Marketplace sellers at Amazon).

Two spaghetti western discs saw a release in the recent days.

First one is The Hellbenders from Anchor Bay USA which finally gets released. I don’t know how long it has been in the works but around summer 2005 (and long after that) Anchor Bay’s site said it would be released in Fall 2005.
